Welcome to my blog! I’ve had a travel Instagram page for over a year and a half now (@coffeeeandcountries go follow) and I’ve been wanting to turn it into a full-blown blog for a while now. I’m going to be travel-related articles and I’d love to hear some suggestions on what to write about! I came up with the name Coffee and Countries (with the help of my little brother, thanks Toph) because coffee and traveling are two of my favorite things. Also, coffee is an essential for me when I’m traveling. Whether I’m headed into a weekend in Amsterdam and Prague running on three hours of sleep, or catching an early train from Zurich to Interlaken, traveling is exhausting and I couldn’t imagine exploring a new city without a little caffeine kick.
In my opinion, coffee is also such an integral part of traveling because each country has its own unique spin on it. Whether you’re sipping a cafe au lait in Paris or downing a shot of cafecito in Miami, trying a country’s coffee becomes a cultural experience. So cozy up with a cup of coffee, and enjoy my blog!
